Shipping, Warranty and Return Policy

Shipping

Shipping times vary throughout Canada. All of our bicycles, products and accessories are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped following an order confirmation.

In most cases and unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends).

Estimated Shipping Times:
2 to 3 Days: Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa
3 to 4 Days: Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Moncton
4 to 6 Days: Vancouver, Victoria 

Please note that the above shipping times are estimated times based on normal conditions. Actual shipping times may vary due to holidays, product availability and other external uncontrollable factors.

In the unlikely event of a return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Warranty

Myfix Cycles, offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on our frames for the original owner.

We also offer a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects on all components for the original owner

Unfortunately, pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear and cannot be covered

Manufacturer defects do not include damage resulting from: Improper use or lack of maintenance.

Myfix Cycles will be unable to satisfy any warranty claims caused as a result of improper use or lack of maintenance.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

In addition, the following items are NOT covered under the warranty: tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, and cables.  These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear, and are not covered.

Warranty claims should be sent to support@myfixcycles.com 

All warranty items must be sent to Myfix Cycles with proof of purchase.  The owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE WARRANTY COVERAGE.

Important Notice:

It is important to tighten all of the bicycle’s cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding.  These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride.  Stripped components and threads are a result of loose bicycle parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty.  It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride.

We at Myfix Cycles understand the level of risk when buying new products, especially when purchased over the Internet. That’s why all sales will be subject to a satisfaction guarantee. We feel so confident that our bikes will be up to your level of awesomeness that if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your bicycle you may return it within 7days of delivery.
